THE SH150 is an imported compact 1” constant directivity horn flare with a 1600 Hz cut-off and 60° horizontal coverage and 60° vertical coverage. The horn attaches to the driver via a 1- 3/8 18UNEF female screw thread. The horn is manufactured from low mass tough synthetic resin material.
THE SH150 is an imported compact 1” constant directivity horn flare with a 1600 Hz cut-off and 60° horizontal coverage and 60° vertical coverage. The SH150 provides excellent high frequency loading and pattern control of along with mild vertical equalization in a compact design.
These features along with good low frequency loading make this horn suitable for a high frequency applications in both compact two way systems or large three-way and multi-way systems. The glass-filled ABS molding and four bolt front mounting pattern provides excellent rigidity allows for tight gasketing and a leak free cabinets seal. The clean matte black finish accentuates the overall speaker system appearance and provides a non-obtrusive visual array with most driver compliments. These extra support on all horn flare provide added support for larger drivers while added ribs around the driver threading receptacle hold the driver firmly in place without the use of metal inserts that can gall or seize the threads. The standard threaded throat design not only accommodate a wide range of low-cost medium performance transducers, but this horn also couples well to high performance, very high frequency transducers.
